Project Summary

Silvermoss was chosen by IHG’s new mainstream brand avid® hotels, to help brand and package their Food & Beverage program standards, procedures and methods into a comprehensive implementation guide. Our team worked closely with the brand to structure and organize key content into quick reference material that would be visual, concise and easy-to-reference during daily and weekly operations. Sections such as opening and closing checklists, standard operation procedures, equipment maintenance, floor plans and equipment setup diagrams, cooking times and nutritional info, marketplace product planograms and vendor contact information.
