Silvermoss was chosen by Holiday Inn Express to relaunch their Express Start™ Breakfast Program nationally with an entirely new offering. The Quick Reference Guide, designed and developed by our team, along with new digital beauty shots of the Bar in action, helped to illustrate for hotel staff, how to implement and maintain service on premise every day with consistency and excellence. The new offerings include a co-branded Cinnabon® Sweet Roll offering, enhanced Bakery with gluten-free items, enhanced dairy refrigerator with hard-boiled eggs, Chobani® blended yogurts, Fresh-made Quaker Oatmeal bar, egg-white omelets and turkey sausage low-fat hot items, and pancake machine.
